WildPath is a South African travel discovery and booking platform that connects travellers with verified tour operators, accommodations, and experiences.

Platform Overview

WildPath enables travellers to discover, book, and coordinate travel experiences in real time. The platform includes secure payments, digital voucher validation, and integrated safety features such as GPS-based SOS alerts.

Business Model & Role

WildPath operates as a marketplace platform. We facilitate bookings between Travellers and independent Operators.

The service agreement exists directly between the Traveller and the Operator. WildPath is not the provider of travel services.

Payments & Revenue Model

Payments are securely processed via PayFast (PCI-DSS compliant).

• 90% paid to the Operator
• 10% retained by WildPath as a platform service fee

Payments are held securely and released after booking confirmation or voucher redemption.

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

WildPath applies a structured refund system to balance fairness:

• >48 Hours: 100% refund (excluding transaction fees)
• 24–48 Hours: 50% refund
• <24 Hours / No-show: No refund
• Operator Cancellation: 100% refund
