Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Platform Role
VG Corp (Pty) Ltd acts as the central payment processor for services offered through its platforms. Payments are securely processed and distributed to service providers in accordance with platform agreements.
2. Digital Products (Aquavra)
All Aquavra products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase.
- No refunds or returns are permitted once access has been granted.
- By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
3. Subscriptions (PriceSmart)
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
- No pro-rata refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.
4. Travel Bookings (WildPath)
WildPath is a marketplace connecting travellers with independent operators. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the WildPath Terms & Conditions, which must be accepted at booking.
Cancellation & Refund Model (50/40/10)
- More than 48 hours: 100% refund (excluding processing fees)
- 24–48 hours: 50% refund to traveller, 40% to operator, 10% platform fee retained
- Less than 24 hours / No show: No refund
- Operator cancellation: 100% refund
5. Refund Approval
All refund requests are reviewed and approved by VG Corp (Pty) Ltd administration in accordance with platform policies and applicable terms.
6. Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable.
