1. Platform Role

VG Corp (Pty) Ltd acts as the central payment processor for services offered through its platforms. Payments are securely processed and distributed to service providers in accordance with platform agreements.

VG Corp facilitates transactions but does not always act as the direct service provider. Refund eligibility depends on the specific platform and service provider involved.

2. Digital Products (Aquavra)

All Aquavra products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase.

3. Subscriptions (PriceSmart)

4. Travel Bookings (WildPath)

WildPath is a marketplace connecting travellers with independent operators. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the WildPath Terms & Conditions, which must be accepted at booking.

Cancellation & Refund Model (50/40/10)

The Operator is responsible for service delivery. Refunds are subject to operator terms and platform policy.

5. Refund Approval

All refund requests are reviewed and approved by VG Corp (Pty) Ltd administration in accordance with platform policies and applicable terms.
