PriceSmart Subscription Agreement

Effective Date: October 2025

This Subscription Agreement governs your use of the PriceSmart mobile application (“App”), operated by VG Corp (Pty) Ltd (Reg No: 2025/519458/07). By subscribing to PriceSmart, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Service Description

PriceSmart is a subscription-based application that provides access to aggregated pricing, promotions, and specials sourced from publicly available retailer information and user submissions.

PriceSmart is a data aggregation service only. No purchasing, ordering, or payment for goods takes place within the app.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription options, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed within the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

3. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including Google Play Billing and/or PayFast, depending on the platform.

VG Corp (Pty) Ltd does not store or process credit or debit card information.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform used to subscribe (Google Play or PayFast). Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the payment provider used at the time of subscription.

Where applicable, refunds will comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

6. Changes to the Service

VG Corp (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PriceSmart or any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure data accuracy, PriceSmart does not guarantee the completeness or correctness of pricing or promotional information. Users rely on the information provided at their own discretion.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
