Account Deletion

At VG Corp (Pty) Ltd, your privacy and data protection are important to us. In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), users may request the deletion of their personal data associated with any VG Corp-related platform.

VG Corp operates as a holding company. Individual platforms such as PriceSmart, Nexus, Aquavra, and WildPath may process user data independently under their own policies.

How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email from your registered email address to:

Data Removal

Once your request is verified (typically within 48–72 hours), the following data will be permanently removed:

• User profile information (name, contact details)
• Account-related activity data
• Associated platform records where applicable

This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
